How to Get Started
Step 1: Book a free consultation!
This is a free 15-20 minute call where you get to tell me a little about yourself, what is bringing you to therapy, ask all your questions, and check to see if we are a good fit.


Step 2: Decide on a therapist!
If you think we are a good fit after your consult call you’re welcome to book directly with me or you can head over to my website to book your first session.
Step 3: Book your first session!
Here you will have a little bit of intake paperwork to complete through the Jane app before coming to session. You get the choice of attending the session in-person, virtually, or over the phone. We’ll spend the session gathering some more information about you, discussing any goals you have for therapy, and maybe introduce a new therapy tool. From here you can schedule another session or manage your appointments through Jane!
