About Cassidy

My name is Cassidy Nicholson-Bjerg (she/her) and I am a Registered Psychotherapist.

When working with clients, I create a personalized treatment plan to address their unique backgrounds, presenting issues, and goals by pulling from several therapy modalities. 

I believe connection is vital to the healing process and work to create a strong therapeutic relationship with clients to help empower them through the therapy process.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, body image and self-esteem, self-harm, suicidality, relationships, and stress. I’m so happy you are here and are taking the first step on your healing journey.
